Thanks for your interest in renting space at the Flamingo Island Flea Market! Please complete the following information to submit your request for booking space with us. After submitting your request a representative will be in contact with you to complete your reservation.
Rental rates
Additional Costs
6% Florida State Sales Tax
One-time monthly security deposit of 50% of the In-Season booth or aisle rental rate
An annual Lee County Occupational License: (Good for this address only)
$60 for a year, $10 for a weekend.
$24.00 per month electric charge.
$30.00/month electrical assessment per seller, $23.00/month per aisle person.
Disclaimer
Rents are due on the last full selling weekend of every month, for the following month's rent. Rent paid AFTER the last full selling weekend of every month is considered late and will incur late fees.
Vendors leaving Flamingo Island Flea Market may re-claim their security deposit by giving the office a written notice, dated from the 1st of the month, 30 days in advance of their departure.
